We believe in sustainable property management and design. Did you know that buildings represent around 1/3 of our carbon emissions? This can be challenging to address in single-family rentals for a variety of reasons. However new technologies make it more and more possible every day. It is our goal to lower the carbon footprint of the properties we manage as much as possible, using the tools that are available today, and preparing for the technologies that are soon coming.

Heat pump heating/cooling in 15% of our properties

Heat pump water heating in 15% of our properties
